Optical filters Ltd is an ISO9001 registered company. Our production is guided by the principle of building quality into the product. Rigorous inspection at every stage of manufacture against a clearly defined written standard (OIS/3) guides us through this "Build to Quality" programme.

Handling and returns Policy

All filters are inspected before despatch and packaged to prevent damage during transit or storage. Incorrect handling of the filters can cause significant damage. We will only accept returns for surface defects under the following conditions:

1. The filter is returned within 14 days of despatch
2. The filter is returned with the protective foil or tissue in place
3. The handling procedures detailed on the product pages have been followed during your inspection of the product.
