The finest woven wire meshes for shielded windows, apertures and displays are made using Optical filters propriety blacking process and equipment.

The mesh is blackened to make it suitable for optical applications.

The Optical filters process is:

	Highly conductive for the best EMI shielding effectiveness
	Even and very black avoiding highly reflective un-blackened wires and discolorations
	Able to process in single sheet mesh up to 2 x 1.2m

Standard mesh sheets available ex-stock

50, 80 & 100opi 0.0012" Plated and conductively blackened stainless steel

	Sheets up to 600 x 600mm
	The standard mesh angle is 90' but custom angles, typically 30' and 45', can be supplied to order in sheets 450 x 600mm.

100opi 0.0022" Blackened copper mesh

	600 x 600mm and 600 x 1200mm stock sheets size
	Extra large sheets can be supplied to order up to 2 x 1.2m
	The standard mesh angle is 90' but custom angles, typically 30' and 45', can be supplied to order in sheets 600 x 600mm.

145opi 0.0022" Blackened copper mesh

We can also supply un-blackened mesh by the roll or parts cut by CAD/CAM to final size and shape.
