Mass manufactured in state of the art clean rooms the polycarbonate laminated sheet stock is a range of standard thickness window with either a clear hard coat finish on both sides or non-glare hard coated front surface with a clear hard coating on the rear.

1. Pre-manufactured laminated EmiClare Sigma panel		2. Machined to final size by CNC. This may include steps, holes, complex forms etc
3. Application of the conductive busbar to terminate EmiClare mesh		4. Inspection and quality assurance before delivery
