Requests for quotation
Please refer to our enquiry page filling in the details of your enquiry. We will send you a suggested solution to meet your requirement along with the price and, where applicable, a drawing of the filter. 

Requesting a sample
A sample of your window can be supplied for testing. Please email your request to information@opticalfilters.co.uk stating the quotation number and confirming the build and dimensions.

Placing an Order
You can email your order to information@opticalfilters.co.uk. 
Please state the quotation number. On receipt of your order, we will raise a technical master file (TMF) with details of the product build, dimensions and tolerances. On receipt of your confirmation, we will proceed with production.

If you wish to order a product that you have purchased from us in the past, please state the product reference, previous invoice number or product description.

Payment Methods
You may pay by cheque, direct bank transfer or credit card.
Cheque and bank transfers must be cleared prior to order acceptance.
Credit card transactions will be made prior to shipment.

Please note that credit accounts are not authorised for annual purchase values of less than £5000 unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please complete this credit application form (1.5MB Microsoft Word .doc format) and submit for approval.
